Mohammed is the Managing Consult/Chief Executive officer. He is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner with over 42 years Local and International Insurance and Management experience. His experience stretches from the private to the public sector where he has managed the biggest companies in those sectors.
He started his career with Royal Exchange Assurance in 1979 and later moved to Yankari Insurance Company where he worked until 1989. In the same year he was appointed as an Executive Director in Niger Insurance Plc. In 1992 he was appointed as the Managing Director/Chief Executive of Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation, a position he held until March 1993 when he was assigned to take over the Chief Executive ship at NICON Insurance Corporation, the leading company in the Insurance industry. He served in that capacity until January 2000 when he resigned his appointment to set-up Arit Solutions Limited.
In September 2001, Mohammed proceeded to the University of Central England in Birmingham, UK to undertake an MBA program. He has since graduated with a Master’s Degree in Information Management.
He consulted for the merger of three Insurance companies that let to the birth of the company UnityKapital Assurance Plc., from where he ventured back in Management as the pioneer Managing Director of the new company. A position he held until 2011 when he resigned to return to Arit Solutions Ltd.
In 2014 he was appointed the Deputy Commissioner (Technical) in National Insurance Commission (Naicom), a position he held until 2015 when we was elevated to the position of Commissioner for Insurance, Chief Executive Officer of the Commission. At the end of his term in 2019 he retired to re-establish Arit Solutions Ltd.
His experiences in these organisations influence this venture in the sense that every company he had been involved in, had to go through the processes of either restructuring and /or, establishing their Management Information System. In all cases he had served as the head of the teams and therefore identified, first-hand, where what services are needed and how.
His strength include his wide exposure on various Boards of Directors of local and international conglomerates including, NICON Hotels Ltd (Chairman), NAL Merchant Bank (Member), Inland Container (Nig) Ltd (Chairman), NIC Properties Ltd (Member), NICON Trustees Ltd (Chairman), Niger Insurance Plc (Chairman), Globe Reinsurance Plc (Member), African Reinsurance Corporation (Member).
On the Professional level he has been exposed to the following roles in the following: – West Africa Insurance Companies Association (WAICA)(Member, President and Chairman of Council for two consecutive terms), United Nation Committee on Trade and Development (UNCTAD): Financial services (Vice Chairman for two consecutive sessions), African Insurance Organisation (AIO)(Governing Council Member), Council of the Bureaux of the ECOWAS Brown card scheme (Chairman two consecutive sessions), Nigeria Insurers Association(NIA)(Governing Council Member), Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria(CIIN)( Governing Council Member). West African Insurance Supervisors Association (WAISA) (Founding Chairman). African Insurance Supervisors Association (Member).
Mohammed was a member the Nigerian Vision 2010 Committee and a recipient of the much-coveted AIO gold medal for excellence

TT is a well-tested professional that is known locally and internationally as a consummate practitioner. He has a specialized knowledge and experience in Risk Management, insurance and reinsurance of specialized risks such as Oil (upstream & downstream risks), Aviation, Marine and Telecommunications with considerable knowledge of the London, Asian and African insurance markets with a network of associates in these markets.
Until March 2005, TT was the Managing Director/CEO of Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation for nearly 6 years during which period led the corporation to a successful partial privatization through a Management Buyout of 51% stake.
He was a former Visiting Lecturer to the West African Insurance Institute and a Past President of the African Insurance Organisation (AIO). He has been member of various professional bodies and have served on the Executive Committees of Federation of Afro Asia Insurers and Reinsurers (FAIR), African Insurance Organisation (AIO), West African Insurance Companies Association (WAICA) and the Governing Council of The Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. He has consulted for various insurance entities in Nigeria including the regulator National Insurance Commission (NAICOM)

Bayo is a multi-disciplinary and multifaceted Professional who has garnered over 25 years of Professional Corporate hands-on experience.
With a first degree in English and Literature and Master of Science (Msc) in Politics and International Relations, he is also a Chartered Insurance Practitioner (ACIIN), and a Chartered Public Relations Professional. (CIPR London).
He worked in the Insurance industry for a more than a quarter of a century, in different companies, and in various roles including as Marketer, Life Agency Trainer/Supervisor; Branch Manager, and Zonal Manager. In the latter part of his career, he headed such critical departments as Research and Business/Product Development, Client Services, Brand Management, Corporate Communications as well as Transformation Management. He served in Product Development Committees on Microinsurance and Takaful Insurance
He has had local and international training in Insurance, Micro-insurance, Takaful and Re-Takaful insurance, Islamic Finance, Bancassurance, and Corporate Services.
His professional achievements have included design of an insurance product (Travel Insurance); Heading up a Transformation Team that designed and implemented the Successful Vision 3-3 of a Public Limited insurance company, Designing a bancassurance collaboration model, and a Takaful-how -to-do manual.
His research interests presently include Insurance in Nigeria, Policy Analysis, International Economic Relations as it affects Developing Countries, and the growth trajectory of Takaful Insurance and Microinsurance in the non-OECD and emerging economies.
For leisure, he enjoys Reading, surfing the net, and amateur Chess.

Patricia Fom, B. Tech, MCP
Patricia is a graduate of Computer Science (B.Tech) from the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi (Nigeria) and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
She worked for two years with Shell Petroleum Development Company, in 1998 as an Industrial Trainee and in 2001 under the National Youth Service Corps Scheme. In Shell, she gathered experience in the following areas: System Support and Administration, Support and Maintenance of Software Applications (e.g. Engineering Work Management Tool, RTAP, Windows NT, and MS Office Suites), Real-Time Application Development (Unix Based), Web Application Development.
In 2002 She worked with Sagem for three Months on contract as Local Government Technical Assistant, she was responsible for Overseeing Client site and Project (National ID Card), Training and Supervision client staff in the use of Mobile Registration Work Station. In the same year she also worked with Aros Technologies, a French Construction Company, as PA to the GM.
Before joining Arit Solutions in 2003, she worked with Vanguard Technologies; a U.K based IT Security Consulting Company, as a freelance Web Application Tester, doing Online Web Application Testing (Automated and Manual).

Falilu is a seasoned business management professional with practical experience in finance and accounting, compliance management, enterprise risk management, insurance auditing and policy formulation and execution. A proactive management professional, skilled in the use of innovative system and information technology to manage business processes and people. He is also experienced in cost containment implementation, change management and a meticulous internal auditor.
He started his career as an accountant in a fishing company managing the banking and treasury functions of the organisation in 1986. He moved to Zedekayat press as the accountant supervising the financial, cost and management accounting system in 1992, when he was employed in Niger Insurance plc as a manager supervising the treasury and statutory and branch returns. He supervised the establishment of a management reporting system and the automation of the payroll system
He was promoted to the post of principal account manager in 1995, managing the preparation of financial and management accounts as well as the preparation and submission of statutory returns. Within this period, he managed the automation of the financial system from cash book, general ledger and financial report. Between the of 1999 and 2008 he supervised the re- invigorated information and communication system of the organisation as well as the automation of the insurance, administrative and human resource management process and acted as team leader for business process review projects as an assistant general manager.
From 2008 to 2017 he moved to control functions where he supervised the credit control, internal audit and internal control initially, and later an addition of the newly established compliance and enterprise risk management function as well as general management.
While supervising the control function, he worked with various consultants, including financial training consultant in establishing compliance function, alexander Forbes of South Africa in the establishing enterprise risk functions and strengthening the actuarial function as well as KPMG Nigeria and Milliman South Africa for general management and business preparation for sale.
